By using Oaisis Pay (the website or the app) you agree to these terms. Read them together with the Privacy Policy.
The service
Oaisis Pay is a multi-currency digital wallet: receiving and sending money between users, currency exchange at a stated rate, bill payments, paying merchants, and cash deposits and withdrawals at approved points.
Eligibility and your account
- You must be 18 or older, and the information you provide must be accurate and your own.
- One personal account per person. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done from your account.
- Some services require phone or identity verification; each level has limits shown on the Limits page.
Transactions and fees
- The fee, total and exchange rate are shown before you confirm, and nothing beyond what was shown is charged.
- A transfer to another user is instant and final once confirmed. Check the recipient's name before sending.
- An exchange quote is valid for 60 seconds; after that a new quote is needed.
Prohibited use
You may not use the service for fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, any activity that breaks the law or international sanctions, impersonating others, or attempting to break into the system.
Suspension and closure
We may suspend or restrict an account when we suspect a breach of these terms or at the request of a competent authority, and will tell you when the law allows. You may delete your account at any time by these steps.
Liability
We take reasonable care to keep the service available and secure, but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We are not liable for losses caused by you disclosing your sign-in details, or by a transfer you confirmed to the wrong recipient.
Changes
We may change these terms and will tell you about any material change in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
